This is why I was so pissed when they announced the brute double barrel for infinite. They seriously couldn't have given us a revival of the WSTE-M5? It would've fit perfectly seeing as they did the same with the SPNK-R. Plus, the idea of Masterchief dual welding and flip-cocking lever action double barrels sound so cool.

hello, i do own the MCC on the Xbox app, but i cannot make the mod work, i have the last nexus mods one, i have the SP and MP for H2, i use MCC with EAC disabled and switched my language with english. there are no "built in" and "uncut" when i want to play H2 and i have a UE4 fatal error as soon as the loading of the level end, is there a way to make it work or do i have to buy again on steam?

Great video! One thing I would have factored into the weapons is their Melee damage and Halo 2's melee mechanics (specifically for the Rocket Launcher / Fuel Rod Cannon). This might not have influenced any tier placement - and the Brute Shot melee was highlighted - but that's always been a piece of Halo 2's sandbox I've loved. Moving onto the Multiplayer video now!

Halo CE is my favorite game of all time! Every weapon is fun to use! Something that is unfortunately rare in modern games. The plasma weapons felt so good in CE. The plasma rifle is actually my favorite weapon. Can't say I knew that every weapon had their own damage values per enemy. I knew that the pistol one-shoted hunters and the sniper was useless against flood, but some of the others were kind of a "how did I not realize that" moment.

I feel like I've seen some flames on damaged vehicles go out due to said partial health regen.

Good stuff, there was a lot in here that I wasn't aware of. Hot take: the battle rifle was a mistake. It was a weapon so good that it virtually rendered *most* of the weapon sandbox obsolete.

I so wish they could’ve added these to MCC Halo 2, these and Arbiters, the Heretics, and Rangers, would’ve been so awesome. Same for Halo 2 Anniversary. I know it would’ve been probably taken some work for some, but any of these would’ve been awesome.

Recently replayed CE on legendary and used the plasma pistol over the magnum, and was so surprised at how quick it melts through EVERYTHING. Easily the best weapon (after the GOATED shotgun)

Smg starts is so much more fun. Dual wielding really plays into the plasma kinetic combo mentality and the precision weapons are nowhere near as fun.

The M6C seems more like a 9mm rather than the .50 Cal the other variants are. Also do you know why the GPMG was never made available as a portable weapon? Good vid.

While the list was fine, I think presenting the weapons in a strict worst-to-best order in the video kinda defeats the point of making a tierlist in the first place, and makes the video a lot more predictable and less exciting to someone who isn't intimately familiar with the H2 sandbox (you'll know that all the weapons not presented yet will be better than what has been presented thus far)

I’ve always hated how the elites jaws are. No having a bottom jaw means they can’t even use straws means there’s zero ways for them to eat. the Mandibles are not able to touch to grind food. it means they could only shove there hand in there mouth to eat but it has to be Pulverized before being eaten

Would've been nice to dual wield Shotguns, in Area 51 you can do it, and it was cool af, i remember thinking "Wow, this would be awesome in Halo"

Halo 2 pistol is damn terrifying against unshielded enemies (Flood, Jackals, Grunts) A headshot machine, the spread is to tight to miss most of the time The BR and Magnum combo is STRONG you save ammo on cannon fodder, and the BR magazine problems become less

There’s absolutely no reason why we shouldn’t be able to play all of these versions and more with modern gaming tech.

I think you should have centered the camera at where the enemy was instead of on the radar where nothing was happening 💀

The carbine is my favorite weapon in halo, in my opinion it’s just so satisfying to use!
